About purchase

Shipping	We will use Japanese shipping companies to ship products.
Exchanges	Only size exchanges available. Round-trip shipping costs for size exchanges will be at the expense of the customer.
Payment	Payment due after order is placed. Subsequent email with our banking information will be sent.
Delivery	Product will be shipped 2~3 months after payment is confirmed.
Postage	Shipping is included in the kimono price.

Partners contract Kinjo Hitoshi: Orders for digital print and sewing are placed from the product’s development stage.Digitalizing the patterns and prints eliminates mistakes in fabric cutting and reduces labor in matching the prints, so no special knowledge is necessary in sewing the kimono. I’m excited about the Okinawa Team’s project to globally provide an original brand.

Partners contract Sugimoto: A kimono store introduced me to ChuraKimono.I worked in the kimono business for a long time and was looking for a kimono that I can enjoy more casually.ChuraKimono’s two-way zipper allows for an adjustable length which I thought makes it easier for younger generations to enjoy kimono.We recommend that the fabric be tailored to ChuraKimono to customers purchasing a roll of cloth.

Licensin contract Fujimoto Asami: I saw ChuraKimono at an exhibition in Tokyo. It’s difficult to maintain the kimono culture as the kimono wearing population is diminishing, but I thought that ChuraKimono would be a nice opportunity to wear a kimono.I entered into a License Agreement hoping that ChuraKimono would spark an interest for more people to become interested in kimono.

Design contract Ohara Sou: I saw ChuraKimono at an exhibition in Tokyo. I draw illustrations of pets for my clients. I plan original pet designs so that the client and pet can casually enjoy ChuraKimono; I advertise my designs at events and department stores.I liked the new concept matched with the traditional silhouette. It was easy for me wear it on my own.

Juku19 Minami Yousuke: I met Isa-san, the company president, at the 2021 Tokyo Big Site exhibition. I was impressed with ChuraKimono’s concept of easily and casually enjoying kimono. I believe that ChuraKimono will become a widely accepted, favorable new clothing project. I entered a Planning and Manufacturing Licensing Contract to be one of the manufacturers and am excited about the many future developments to come.
